This Scooter Mom's Act of Kindness Should Serve as a Lesson to us All

Most of the times, it’s the bad apples and their reckless actions that hog the limelight on the internet, so for a change, here's a dashcam video that records the actions of a kind hearted driver, or to be precise, a scooter rider.

The young woman riding on the scooter with her young child sitting at the front (both wearing their safety helmets), was waiting for the green light in front of a pedestrian crossing when she saw an old man trying to cross the street.

Pitiful Insurance Scam has an Unexpected Outcome [Updated]

What begins as another one of those dishonest attempts to fool a road user into thinking (or at least not being able to prove otherwise of his or her innocence) that the driver or rider is to blame for a pedestrian accident and which have been caught on camera, takes a very strange twist.

This incident reportedly occurred on the roads of Honk Kong where we see a motorcycle rider zipping through traffic before he slows down to allow a pedestrian wearing a construction worker's yellow hard hat (you can't say he wasn't being careful for his well-being…) to cross the street.

This Ghastly Motorcycle Accident Will Leave You in Shivers…

It’s no secret that motorcycle accidents can be far more serious than car-related crashes given that the rider is completely exposed. Just how much more serious can be seen in the video footage recorded on a Ducati motorcycle-mounted camera.

Before you proceed, however, we would like to warn you that some viewers may find the video distressing.

The Key for a Perfect Knock Down on the Road is Timing

No need to explain why speeding between vehicles stuck in traffic with a motorcycle, especially when its pouring rain, is a recipe for disaster.

On the other hand, perhaps we do since some riders insist upon placing themselves in danger like this motorcyclist, who was kind enough to share his painful story as it was recorded by his helmet-mounted camera.

This is What Happens When You Fall Asleep on a Motorcycle

Falling asleep or not paying attention when you are handling any kind of motorized vehicle can be dangerous, but doing so on a scooter bike and not wearing a protective helmet on your head can prove deadly.

The young woman featured in this dashcam video, reportedly from Russia, appears to have dozed off for a second or two on the bike and veered off her lane.

Oh, the Horror…Airborne Styrofoam Causes Multiple Motorcycles to Crash Down on Texas Highway

Styrofoam may be as light as a feather but try dealing with a board coming your way on the highway...while riding on a motorcycle and it's a completely different story, as a group of bikers found out earlier this week.

This incident, which was recorded by one of the riders equipped with a GoPro helmet camera, took place in McAllen, Texas.

Deceiving Puddle Turns Out to be a Motorcycle-Swallowing Mud Hole

Clearly, there was more to this little puddle than meets the eye - and that's something that this Russian motorcyclist had to find out the hard way.

At the 30-second mark, you will see a biker approaching from a side road on the right.

Instead of veering onto the main road, he (or she, we can't say with certainty) decides to cut through the traffic by going straight into what initially appears to be a puddle and some grass.

Motorcycle Wheelie Ends in Pain and Destruction

Common sense says that if you must perform a motorcycle wheelie, you should at least avoid placing yourself or any other person in danger, which means stay away from public roads and places.

While this rider showed complete disregard about the safety of the people standing on the road only a short distance in front of him, he got what he deserved when the wheelie he tried to pull off went sour and he crashed down from the bike.

Honda Biker Goes Nuts After Passing a Ferrari 430 Scuderia in Brazil

Talking to yourself is never a good sign, even more so if talking suddenly turns into yelling all while you are speeding on the road on a motorcycle.

Equipped with a helmet-mounted camera, the Brazilian rider of what is said to be a Honda Hornet, starts his ride in a fairly normal manner - well, aside from the interesting conversation he's having with himself and the occasional "oh" whenever he sees a girl on the road.

However, at around 2 minutes and 20 seconds into the clip, he drives behind a white Ferrari 430, which he quickly passes once the green light turned on. And here’s when all hell breaks loose.

Guy Tracks Down Alleged Thief on Craigslist and Retrieves His Stolen Bike [NSFW]

A young man from Portland went all Chris Hanson on a person who allegedly stole his bicycle tracking down and filming the perpetrator.

About a week after the theft, the owner found the bike listed for sale on Craigslist about 160 miles away in Seattle, Washington. He contacted the seller under the alias of Simon Jackson (we'll call him that from now on since we don't have his real name) and set up a meeting to buy the bike in Seattle.

Along with a couple of friends and equipped with a video recorder, Jackson confronted the seller of the bike who was sitting at a Starbucks with a young girl.

The mystery behind the teaser pictures and videos of the Audi Sport-themed RS5 Coupe and Ducati Multistrada 1200S was solved today with an official announcement from the two brands.

What the Blip? This is Really, Really Weird Even for Russian Standards [NSFW]

Ah, Russia, how you brighten up our otherwise tedious online activities on an everyday basis…

While there is no fighting, jumping (well, scratch that...) spiting, gun pulling or motor vehicle crashing to be seen in this video, something tells us that you will find it equally outlandish, perhaps even amusing as other dash-cam videos from the land of Vodka, spies and bitter winters.

Audi Sport-Liveried RS5 Pictured and Filmed Together with Ducati Motorcycles

Less than 24 hours before the official reveal on the sidelines of the 2012 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Audi released a first set of photos and a video teaser of its "mystery" RS5 project, which as you can see, is somehow connected to the automaker's recent acquisition of Italian sports motorcycle maker Ducati.

The photos show an Audi Sport-themed RS5 Coupe with no other visible differences from the standard production model posing together in one picture with a Ducati motorcycle, while the Italian maker's Pikes Peak competitors are featured alone.

Three Bicycle Fails that May Make Your Day

Just like drivers of motorized vehicles and motorcycles, bicyclists really need to keep their eyes and ears open and pay attention to their surroundings in order avoid an accident. We will give you three video examples of what we mean.

In the first incident (you may want to lower the volume), the biker looks like he paid way too much attention on a specific part of a person walking in front him – in a sort "objects in mirror (replace with eye sight) are closer than they appear" kind of way.

Oops…Crane Truck Hits a Bridge and Almost Takes out a Motorcyclist

There's something about height clearance requirements for trucks passing under a bridge that certain drivers just don't seem to understand.

In a very similar episode to the one we showed you back in February and which also took place in Russia, a truck driver with a crane attached to the vehicle smashed into a bridge almost killing a motorcyclist that was following from behind.

Meanwhile in Russia #11: Butt-Close J-Turn, Accident Waiting to Happen, Scream and Bimmer Alert

Our daily roundup of Russian road madness begins with the driver of a Lada Classic sedan performing the so-called J-Turn maneuver, which calls for a 180-degree turn while in reverse. Somehow, we don't remember pedestrians being part of the stunt…

A slow moving tractor pulling a tanker-like trailer without any lights or reflectors at night is an accident just waiting to happen and guess what; it did but it wasn't the tractor that received the bad news.

For our time-waster of the day, we bring you four videos from the land that never ceases to amaze.

Race to Brokeface Mountain, the Motorcycle Edition

As it turns out, the Yamaha R6 cannot go up a hillside. But all humor aside, the rider of this Japanese sports motorcycle had an unfortunate and painful encounter with a mountain side when he lost control of his bike, first heading up towards the sky and then face down on the ground.

From the surroundings, we're guessing the location is at Mulholland drive in Los Angeles. The video poster noted that the man was not injured.

You will find the video clip right past the break.

Vilner Crafts the Ducati Monster 1100 EVO Bulgari

We're going to assume that the 'Bulgari' moniker on Vilner's latest creation has something to do with the design house's country of origin and not with the famous Italian jeweler and luxury goods retailer (or else it may have the same fate with Carlex Design's Burberry-themed Range Rover).

The Bulgarian company's second motorcycle tune after the BMW F800 R is based on the Ducati Monster 1100 EVO.

AC Schnitzer Tunes BMW M Carbon Racer Bicycle

When AC Schnitzer says it wants to be a tuner of everything BMW it really means it; from cars to motorcycles and now even the Bavarian firm's bicycles. And mind you, not any BMW bicycle but the ultra-light M Carbon Race developed by none other than the brand's fabled M division.

Since there are much less part to tune on a bike compared to an automobile, AC Schnitzer turned its focus on lowering the M Carbon Racer's weight and making some subtle changes to its appearance.
